Characteristics and applications of L-type slurry pumps

Posted by Laura Shi (10 items)

The L-type slurry pump is called a light slurry pump. Compared with the heavy-duty slurry pump, this type of pump is small in size and light in weight. It is suitable for transporting fine particles, low concentration flow slurry or corrosive slurry. The weight concentration of the transported slurry generally does not exceed 30%, and high-concentration and low-abrasive slurries can also be transported. Like the HH type slurry pump, it also has a double pump shell structure, and also has replaceable high wear-resistant flow parts. It can be made of high chromium alloy or natural rubber. The connection method between the L-type slurry pump and the motor can be directly coupled or belted according to the needs of the site. The transmission part of the L-type slurry pump includes a bracket and a bearing assembly. The bearing assembly adopts the same cylindrical structure as the AH slurry pump. This structure facilitates adjustment of the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be integrated during maintenance. Take it out and operate it easily. The bearings are lubricated with grease, and there are sealed end caps, labyrinth sleeves and labyrinth rings at both ends of the bearing body, which can effectively prevent dirt such as slurry from entering the bearings, thereby ensuring that the bearings can operate safely and have a high lifespan.
